It’s been quite a start for 2020! Now under COVID19, I wonder how are you with this new reality? No matter what’s you’re dealing with, may that be remote working, home schooling your children, taking care of loved ones... also take a moment to be with yourself. Check in with yourself how do I want to act in the current situation. As someone wisely said, from a stimulus to an action lies our choice. How we want to be in this special time depends on our choices. And we’ll only have the capacity to make conscious choices if we know our inner workings moment-by-moment.

Warm welcome to take a mindful moment with me in this weekly initiative to really feel into ourselves. This will be 25min of mindfulness exercise every Monday 8:30-8:55am CET. We will take around 20min of mindfulness practice and 5 min of conversations around it. Please join via the zoom link
