This month’s sessions will explore three highly relevant themes for modern teams:
First, Mohammad Faruk will speak on "Coaching Skills for Everyone: Unlocking High-Performing Agile Teams"
Md Shah Jalal and Nahid Kamal will conduct a workshop on “A Team Charter”, showing how teams can improve flow, reduce overload, and finish work more effectively using building their own team charter.
