We'll take a Visual Thinking approach to Service Design through the wonderful tool of Journey Mapping. Learn how to draw some neat, fun and insightful maps, that put the client at the heart of your business, and help you and the businesses that you work with understand where the opportunities and improvements might lie!
In this workshop Gemma takes you step by step through some of the principles of Service Design, the anatomy of a journey map, developing your visual toolkit, and by the end of the session you'll have created your very own journey map using your new found illustrative skills!
