Today, there are no guidelines and standards around what good Agile Coaching is and some unethical Agile Coaches are causing harm to individuals, teams, and customers. In this discussion, Steve will talk about what being ethical means, how unethical behavior has been seen and reported, and then how members of the Agile Alliance have come together as part of the Agile Alliance Code of Ethics Initiative.
