In Person: Transparency of value: What you can’t measure, can’t be improved

Details

Are you able to articulate the value your initiatives are driving? Are you getting to outcomes fast enough?

More and more, organisations are faced with the need to demonstrate value early and often to validate investment and respond with agility to rapidly changing environments. Teams are challenged to provide transparency on how activity and outputs are translating to real outcomes and return on investment.

But how value is measured and communicated is broad and varied, impacting an organisation’s confidence in the transformation’s progress and often finding out too late that the solution will not deliver the expected value.

In this session we unpack how value can be measured to provide insights and results transparently across the entire organisation, how clear definitions of value can guide the planning and prioritisation of initiatives, and the tools that can be used to offer real-time trends and feedback on squad performance and impact.
