In Person: Reduce waste by planning less

Details
Following the warm reception John Stathakis received for his talk at the Project Management Institute (PMIQ) last month, we asked him if he could present it to the Brisbane Agile group.
A provocative title suggesting that a detailed plan is not the silver bullet to solve all our issues. Rather, John suggests that initiatives should focus on building resiliance. After presenting a few practical approaches, John then provides a case study of how these principles were applied effectively in his delivery at QUT.
This talk is aimed at both the expert practitioner as well as those new to the domain.
