In this 60-minute session, I’ll share what I’ve picked up so far, show you how task sharing and role-based agents can simplify your dev flow, and we’ll build something together from scratch. Bring your laptop if you want to follow along —we’ll pick a greenfield or brownfield idea and vibe-code our way through it.

What We’ll Do
Create a PRD spec, write user stories, prototype a solution—and if time allows, deploy it live. Watch AI agents take on dev roles (yes, even testing!) Build something from scratch using AI. Share tips, tricks, and maybe a few fails. Collaborate, experiment, and have let’s have a little fun.
