In Person: Conversation Before Code: How I used Agile and AI to Build a Startup

This is the story of AusRealtor.ai, an AI startup born from a frustrating house-hunting journey. Instead of coding, Ishan started talking: 64 conversations, zero lines of code. Through small experiments and constant pivots, he learned that “conversation before code” is the truest form of agility.

In this talk, he’ll share how context, curiosity, and humility turned a personal pain point into a working AI platform and reveal the process he developed for using AI agents to design, test, and build software. Because sometimes, the best Agile transformations start at home.
