Quarterly planning sounds simple: bring everyone Together, align on priorities, and make a plan.
In reality, introducing it into a complex organisation is far messier.
In this session, CJ shares an honest case study from Griffith University, where quarterly planning was introduced across a $170M portfolio, 55 teams, and over 350 participants—starting from very low delivery maturity.
This isn’t a framework walkthrough. It’s a real-world story of what actually happens:

• What wasn’t working before planning was introduced
• Why a big-bang approach was taken—and what it looked like in practice
• The resistance, challenges, and missteps along the way
• What worked, what didn’t, and what ultimately made the difference
