Presenter Bio: Tony R. Harper

Was introduced to Agile/Scrum in 2006 and it immediately resonated with him as way to gain alignment on priorities, increase understanding of the work, create an engaging environment, and deliver high quality software while his team simultaneously supported high-availability, mission-critical production systems.

Currently, he acts as an Agile evangelist and consultant for improving workflow and value delivery in a large corporate IT environment. Learning and sharing experiences together will help us build more productive and healthier organizations – this is why he strongly supports Agile Chattanooga.

Tony is a certified trainer for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Training from the Back of the Room, and certified facilitator of the Lego Serious Play ® Method. Other certifications include CSM, CSPO, LeSS Practitioner, ICAgile Professional in Agile Coaching, Collaboration Architect – Innovation Games, CSSLP, PMP, ITIL-F, LSS-YB, and several very old Microsoft certifications – MCSD, MCDBA, MCSE that are more indicative of age and grey hair more than actual remaining value.
