The prerequisites for AI will be discussed, and you will see how organizational-readiness is a major determinant of whether or not AI initiatives can thrive within an organization.

The discovery process for AI governance will also be discussed.

We will discuss how Agile Cloud Manager can make it easier to simplify the entire portfolio of projects in a Project Management Organization PMO, so that it can become a lot easier for an organization to become ready to more effectively implement AI sooner.

We will also give you a working example of an Agile Cloud Manager appliance that automates many of the tasks involved managing an AI-enabled platform.
