What we’re about
The aim of Agile Coaching Circles Singapore is to provide a specialized community within the Singapore Agile community that focuses on Agile coaching. It is is intended to provide support for the role of the Agile coach and competencies such as facilitation, mentoring, and coaching, to become effective in that role through a community of practicing coaches. Those who play an Agile coaching role, whether formally or informally, as well as those who are aspiring Agile coaches, are encouraged to attend. The group emphasizes an "individuals and interactions" approach to sharing knowledge, experience, and networking opportunities. Examples of topics at gatherings might be: Agile coaching skills, typical coaching hurdles, special guests, book reviews and discussions, Agile techniques, and Agile coaching experiments. Let's get together to share our successes and challenges with each other in order to support coaches, enhance our coaching skills, and deepen our skills.
