Management 3.0 is one of the Agile Frameworks and has the purpose of promoting the happiness in our jobs. Throughout many practical exercises the participants will be able to comprehend how motivation works and how leaders can turn organizations into more attractive and inspiring environments to the collaborators.

Ilídio Faria (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ilidiofaria/) is a consultant at WINNING Scientific Management where he plays his role in Program and Project Management, focusing his activities on the Agile Methodologies. He is an Agile Certified Practicioner, by PMI®, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, by Scrum Alliance®. He also holds a broad practical experience in great national and international companies.
