Edosa Odaro is a cross-industry AI and data transformation leader who has helped countless international organisations deliver significant impact through recombinant innovation based advanced data analytics and value based intelligent interventions. Currently Chief Data Analytics & Privacy Officer at Tawuniya, Edosa also serves as a non-executive director on several boards. Beyond his academic backgrounds in economics, computer science, business, technology, and innovation, Edosa’s ability to solve problems is enhanced by his significant focus on the importance of people and of culture – as well as his passion for a brand of inclusion that is underpinned by the empowerment of diverse minds. He is a multi-published author, a guest lecturer, and a regular speaker. Edosa is also a multi-award winner, including being named a Financial Times Top 100 Most Influential Leader, a Global 100 Data Activator, and one of the 30 Most Influential Leaders in FinTech & Data. Besides the world of work, Edosa enjoys spending time with his wife, his two sons, and his family – experiencing a wide variety of activities, including football, cycling, running, and skiing.

Simon Asplen-Taylor is the founder and CEO of the successful Data and Analytics business, DataTick. He is also a bestselling author, having recently written the #1 rated book Data and Analytics Strategy for Business. Simon is one of Europe’s most experienced and successful Data Leaders, having served as Chief Data Officer for several FTSE firms and led some of the largest data-driven transformations in Europe. He has a unique breadth and depth of data experience covering more than 30 years across numerous industries, having led the data capabilities at Bupa, IBM, UBS, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he was in charge of the data transformation of the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. Simon specialises in transforming businesses using data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, while delivering significant upside. Simon has an MBA from Durham University and has studied Artificial Intelligence at MIT. Simon is a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a Fellow of The Royal Statistical Society. He was named on the DataIQ 100 list of the most influential people in data in 2020 and 2021. Simon is a regular speaker, panel member, and chairman at data events.
