Presentation Details:
The Agile coaching landscape is inherently challenging and unpredictable.
In this mini-workshop, we will explore the concepts of deliberate reflective practice and coaching supervision. By incorporating these practices, we can gain a deeper understanding of Agile coaching principles, pinpoint areas for self-improvement, and enhance the effectiveness of our coaching interventions with our teams.
*This will be a hands on workshop. Please bring a notebook and pen/pencil for in-depth journaling exercises.
There will be homework.
