Agile is Dead - Long Live Agility: Reinforcing Core Values with AI
Details
This 90-minute workshop, "Agile is Dead - Long Live Agility," challenges the fading use of 'Agile' in professional settings by reinforcing its core values. Designed for Agile practitioners, the session includes two interactive segments where participants reflect on Agile principles and develop strategies to promote them. Through personal insights and AI collaboration, the workshop aims to revitalize Agile’s relevance and provide actionable strategies to counter the "Agile is dead" narrative.
NOTE: Our Objective is NOT to redefine Agile Manifesto.
In this session, you will engage deeply with the Agile Manifesto’s values and Principles through reflective discussions and collaborative exercises, utilizing both peer insights and AI-driven creativity. Expect to leave with personalized strategies and practical tools designed to enhance and communicate those values and principles effectively within your organization.
Deliverables:
- Participants can choose to create either a summary or a presentation based on their discussions.
- They are encouraged to create an image that visually represents their discussions and interpretations related to Agile principles.
