Presentation Details:
Change efforts often fail because key perspectives go unacknowledged. Deep Democracy teaches us that resistance is not an obstacle but valuable information from the system itself. When organizational systems ignore oppositionary voices, they create unseen barriers that hamper transformation.
This session explores how to surface hidden voices, embrace role fluidity, and engage the full system in change efforts. Using ORSC techniques with concepts such as change theory and meta-skills, participants will learn to harvest ideas from all viewpoints, build trust, and foster alignment. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to amplify all voices and create sustainable, people-centered change.

Join us to discover how working with the whole system leads to more resilient and adaptive organizations.

LOs:

  • Barriers to Change: Identify and surface unspoken perspectives that can increase the success of change efforts.

- Sources of Insight: Techniques to engage with differing viewpoints constructively, transforming resistance into positive action.
- Practical strategies: Foster a more adaptive change culture – increasing the long-term success of organizational change.
