AI doesn’t fail at your organization because of the tool. It fails at the handoff. Join us for a hands-on 90-minute clinic for the people responsible for making AI actually land at work, not for people who already know which tool to use.

What you’ll do
Map one real workflow across trigger, judgment, handoff, and trust event. Then assign the AI role step by step, not workflow by workflow. Then target the training at the handoffs, not the software. Three failure patterns the session names: volunteer bias, the trust event, and the handoff gap.

You leave with a one-page Workflow Adoption Map you built yourself that you can rerun on any workflow at your organization next week.

Format
→ 4:00 to 4:30 PM · Networking, food, drinks. Arrival window for the after-work crowd.
→ 4:30 to 6:00 PM · The workshop, including a 25-minute open clinic where volunteers put a real workflow on the wall and get it diagnosed live.

Sumaiya Shrabony runs AI Adoption & enterprise data at a Colorado research university. She writes Ground Truth, a weekly newsletter on enterprise AI adoption from the operator's seat. Part of Colorado Startup Week South Denver

Erika Lenz, organizational systems coach and founder of [KeepYourMind.ai](http://keepyourmind.ai/), will facilitate the clinic. She co-leads the Human-Centered AI meetup group, serves on the Agile Denver board, is on the steering committee for AI for Good, and is founder and principal coach at Kinetic Change.

This clinic is one session within the full-day South Denver edition of Colorado Startup Week at The Village Workspace, co-hosted with Jessica Anderson of Girl Tech HQ.
