About this workshop:
Learning empirically from critical experience is revealing key insights that enhance our cognitive and behavioural development in a myriad of ways. This is why at this workshop we will explore together our empiric learnings to shape to the better our leadership and the leadership of others. This session could be relevant to any emergent leader, especially to Executives or Executive coaches.
About this session facilitator:
Med Marouane Ajraoui enjoys practising AIKIDO while helping organizations to embrace purposeful cultures and teams to work happily and efficiently. Coming originally from Morocco but having lived in several countries he enjoys being a "citizen of the world" inspired by the “active multi-cultural experimentation”. He is the founder of Agile Africa (agileafrica.club), an NGO for disseminating Agile culture in Africa and the founder of JediSquad (Jedisquad.com), an international firm that supports developing Eco Agile businesses and meaningful digital products.
