Scrum master exchange - miracle cure or the ultimate comfort zone crash?

Details
Dear Dresden Agilists,
When we enter a new environment, we immediately notice a thousand things that are not right for us. We used this effect for an experiment: What becomes visible when a Scrum Master puts the team in the hands of a colleague for three sprints?
A great idea, you might think. After all, Scrum Masters are the ones who encourage the teams and the organization to try things out, uncover blind spots and make dysfunctions visible.
We tried it out at Carl Zeiss Digital Innovation. Four Scrum Masters swapped one of their two teams with another colleague for a duration of three Sprints.
The Scrum Master exchange experiment was insightful and surprising for all participants in many ways. Are you curious on how it went?
Glad to hear :) So join us for this Meetup as Oliver Effner will share some insights first, which we use as an impulse for the follow-up discussion.
Hope to see you there!
