*Even as a product owner, I sat in countless meetings. It was about improvements in collaboration, common goals and creative designs or feature definitions. And let's be honest: it's annoying when people come to a meeting distracted, busy with their mobile phones or laptops and questions are asked twice or answered in the wrong context. In the end, it's frustrating for everyone involved when once again you don't achieve what you set yourself to do or when valuable ideas are lost because no one present appreciates and listens to them.*

*There has to be a better way! Through various trainings and trial and error, I have discovered a possibility for myself that I would like to share with you: mindfulness. It's not about meditating half of a meeting - although that would do some meetings a lot of favours - no, it's more about developing a mindset to maintain focus, be consciously in the moment and communicate appropriately with each other.*

*There is room for your questions and even more room for answers. You will become active and, at best, come away with an idea of how you can create a mindful meeting culture from tomorrow.*
