Liberating Structures are a well-stocked methodological toolbox that allows everyone to be involved. The individual Liberating Structures make it possible to overcome challenges in a targeted and step-by-step manner. They combine carefully structured, skilful sequences, goal-oriented questions and illuminating metaphors
