Agile UX in the Corporation: UX in the PO Team
In our eighth meetup we are interested in exploring the work practices and challenges of an UX designer working with several product owners and requirements engineers in a large company.
Patrick Labud will share his experiences working as an interaction designer in a PO team at Roche Diagnostics.
His experience report will focus on the following topics:
The composition and purpose of the "PO team" working with several Scrum development teams. How to incorporate UX aspects into user stories. How to persuade the chief product owner of the importance of refining the user interface. Successes and failures. Patrick will structure his presentation into sections of topics, so that the group has the opportunity to ask him questions, as well as share and discuss their own experiences.
