The Innovation Games Company created a new game platform concept and developed it into a working iPad product in just a few weeks. A key success factor was the adoption of agile user experience methods by a small, collaborative, cross-functional team. During this project, I learned some new ways to adapt my familiar user experience methods so they are more agile and better support a balanced team. Please join me to hear what worked (and what didn’t work) and learn five useful practices for your agile/ux toolkit.
