We've all heard the phrase "Outcomes Over Outputs". And really, who wouldn't want to be more outcomes-oriented? The problem is that it's actually hard to do. In this talk Josh Seiden will share concrete and practical ways to actually put this idea into motion from his new book, "Outcomes Over Output".

Josh is a designer who has been creating digital products for more than 25 years. In recent years, he's worked as a coach and strategist, helping product teams bring new things to life. He's the author, with Jeff Gothelf, of Lean UX (O'Reilly) and Sense & Respond (HBR Press), and a long-time member of the Agile Experience Design community.
