DEI, a blind spot in Agile? (workshop)

Details
Agile is a modern way to manage work, organise teams and build continuous improvement into ways of working. Being Agile requires being aware, also about topics that are difficult or not explicitly mentioned in Agile literature.
DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) is an important aspect of modern work. Agile does not address it explicitly so we, the agilists, must bring it to our work.
Agenda
This workshop introduces the concepts and terminology in DEI and then we dig into exercises: what can I do to make DEI part of my Agile workplace, so that we would not assume DEI is taken care of just “because we are Agile?”
