Retros in order - Impact through facilitation

As Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Team Leads, we are constantly focused on continuous improvement, and the Retrospective is the fundamental ceremony in where it takes place.
Even when the best intentions and proactive discussions results in good directions forward, there's a recurrent feeling of discussing the same topics, with few or no decisions made, and the intended impact becomes harder to achieve.
During this coaching circle, we will discuss how facilitators tackle these challenges and we will try out a practical example to make retrospectives more effective, interactive and inclusive.

Our Host

Miikka is a passionate facilitator and facilitation trainer with over a decade of expertise at Grape People. Throughout his career, he has led more than 1,000 workshops and training sessions, spreading his understanding and enthusiasm of group dynamics to wide audience.
