In this Coaching Circle, we’ll explore how to design and facilitate events where everyone gets a chance to contribute, not just the few extroverts. We’ll talk about how to overcome common challenges like limited attention spans, uneven participation, and the infamous “meeting fatigue.” We’ll even try hands-on methods you can take straight into your next event!
