From Passive to Present - Making Online Workshops Work

Details
Engaging people online can be surprisingly hard. As facilitators, coaches, and team leads, we’ve all faced the quiet screens, muted mics, and the sense that participants are only half there.
In this session, we’ll explore how to shift that dynamic – from passive attendance to active presence. We’ll try out facilitation techniques designed specifically for virtual settings and reflect together on what works, what doesn’t, and why.
This is a hands-on workshop about online workshops. Come ready to experiment, participate, and learn by doing.
Agenda:
- Doors open 16.45 - 17.00
- Showtime, official program 17.00-19.00
Host:
Jonas Rajanto is a passionate developer of working life, an ambassador for humanity and a technology enthusiast. Jonas' mission is to make sure that Mondays are met with hope instead of frustration. At Grape People, Jonas facilitates a variety of work situations and coaches facilitation skills, face-to-face and remotely, in Finnish, English and Swedish.
