As agile coaches, we know that motivation is at the heart of great teamwork—but what really fuels it, and what holds it back? In this circle, we’ll explore the impact of motivation on our work and dive into blockers that drain it and enhancers that bring it alive.

What will you learn?

This is not a lecture—it’s a hands-on, participatory session. Through exercises, reflection, and peer-to-peer sharing, we’ll uncover practical ways to recognise and influence motivation in ourselves, in individuals, and across teams.

You’ll leave not just with insights, but with concrete tools and fresh ideas to strengthen motivation in your coaching practice and in the workplaces you support.

About our Hosts

Leadership Coach and Agile Trainer at Reaktor, Arto builds effective, skillful and healthy teams by developing thinking, teamwork and trust.

Agile Coach at Reaktor and a software engineer at heart, Salum wants to create a systemic understanding of software and and how we build it and work with it.
