Better Team Dynamics (with Transactional Analysis)
Details
Why do we often find ourselves stuck in the same conflicts over and over again? How can we break free from our old patterns that create unnecessary drama? How can we better understand ourselves and others so that we can make good choices and build healthy interactions in high-performing teams?
Transactional Analysis (TA) can help us answer these questions, while also providing a better way to ensure effective collaboration within and between teams. Transactional Analysis is a psychological theory and method for understanding human communication and interaction. It uses easy-to-understand models to show how people communicate, are motivated, and make choices when interacting with others.
In this workshop we are going to explore the different states that you show up in when interacting with colleagues, friends and family. We will look at three different types of interaction patterns, and what you can do to have healthier and better interactions and avoid the drama we often find ourselves in. The workshop will be interactive, with some optional group exploring and planetary discussion.
Join us for a fun, engaging, interactive and fresh perspective on team dynamics!
