Agile Finland's next SAFe meetup will be on 28.8.2024 at 17:00. Morten Elvang is talking about navigating complexity with Collaborative Lean Portfolio Management. We extend our sincere gratitude to WithSecure for generously providing the facilities also for this meetup.

Intro
Based on experiences working with SAFe LPM, we discuss how these ideas can be evolved to better absorb surprises. The presentation asks the question: Imagine what would happen if you took SAFe LPM out to play with Cynefin?

Form
The meetup starts with a 45 minutes presentation by Morten Elvang. After the presentation there is time for sharing perspectives.
We will assume that people are familiar with SAFe and SAFe LPM.

Speaker introduction
Morten Elvang is agile and lean expert in strategy execution and product, service, and technology delivery. Morten collaborated with platform, product, and service teams of all sizes to achieve better results with less hassle, both as a consultant and an employee. This talk is inspired by Mortens history at companies like Nokia, Nordea and most recently Accenture. Morten is SAFe SPC since 2016 and holds an MSc & PhD in Software Engineering.
