At Mylab, our agile journey began with rapid iterations and immediate feedback, setting a solid foundation. Adopting Scrum brought structure, but we faced challenges like inconsistent stand-ups and skipped retrospectives. Introducing SAFe helped align teams and streamline processes, but its complexity sometimes outweighed its benefits.

We are now focusing on simplifying our approach and tailoring SAFe to better fit our needs, ensuring our transformation remains sustainable and adaptable for the future. Throughout, we integrated compliance with IVDR, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 into our agile workflows, ensuring regulatory standards were met without compromising agility.
