Welcome to Agile for Good, the meetup where agilists and world improving organizations come together to maximize their positive impact.

For this meetup, we're proud and happy to be teaming up with another awesome agile world improving initiative! Together with the crew from Agilists4Sustainability, we'll be serving a yummy mash-up of our usual respective meetup formats, and we're inviting both communities to the feast. We hope for lots of inspiring conversations, connections and cross-pollination to happen on this special occasion!

However, if you've been to our previous meetups, you'll very much recognize the core part of the session: helping a world-improving organization to a bigger impact using our skills in Agile methodologies and principles.

The NGO we'll meet in this American East Coast afternoon / European evening session, is Mieux Donner. Mieux Donner is a donor advisory organization channeling donor money to highly cost-effective projects within the areas climate, global health, global poverty and animal suffering alleviation for a french speaking audience.

Jennifer and Romain from Mieux Donner are very interested in getting your two cents on how to use agile principles to tackle the strategic goal they have of making companies donate to highly effective world improving interventions!

If you are excited about shaping something early-stage, and amplifying impact in many pressing cause areas (more so now than in a long while), I suggest you join this session!

Agenda:

• 12:00 PM EST / 18.00 CET: Introduction and warm up conversations
• 12:15 PM EST / 18.15 CET: Problem solving time - Your time to shine! Romain and Jennifer will give a brief presentation of Mieux Donner and the challenges they face. We'll collaborate on finding solutions in the session - hopefully offering some valuable ideas within our limited time frame.

Anyone interested in giving continued support to Mieux Donner going forward will have the opportunity to exchange contact details.

• 13:15 PM EST / 19.15 CET: Wrap-up, open discussion, feedback - We open up the floor more for everyone, have short feedback session and summarize the help given.

As usual, we use the law of two feet: feel free to join and go as it works for you and of course also to eat if it's time for a meal in your time zone!
