Help Industrious Labs set up agile and easy tracking systems for key metrics

Welcome to Agile for Good, the meetup where agilists and world-improving organizations come together to maximize their positive impact!

In this American East Coast lunch / European evening session, we'll meet Victoria from the highly impactful Industrious Labs, an organization dedicated to accelerating industrial decarbonization through campaigns and systems change. Their work focuses on transforming heavy industry to reduce emissions, advocating for climate-friendly policies, and fostering collaboration across sectors.

Victoria is very interested in getting your insights on how to best operationalize and track Industrious Labs' internal impact measurement framework. Over the past months, they have developed a framework with criteria and indicators of success for their industrial campaigns. These align with their strategic guide, and they are now about to finish defining baselines, refining project management plans, and ensuring clear measurement indicators for evaluation.

With all of that in place, Victoria is curious about the best way to structure and track this information in an accessible, comprehensive, and easily reportable format for both internal stakeholders (leadership teams) and external stakeholders (funders/partners). Previous approaches have included using Google Sheets, Smart Sheets, and standalone Google Docs, but she is eager to elevate the operationalization of their OKRs/KPIs. Our expertise in agile methodologies and workflow optimization could make a real difference in shaping how Industrious Labs approaches this challenge.
