Bio's:
Paula Magalhães: Paula brings 20 years of experience in the technology field, specifically in software development projects (WEB/Mobile/SAP/ CRMs, etc.). As a specialist in Agile methodologies, she has been working on projects that encourage and facilitate the digital transformation of companies for the past decade. Her vast experience includes working with a multitude of companies of various sizes and cultures, ranging from startups to large-scale multinational corporations. Her primary professional objective is to aid other professionals in their development, fostering their strengths and improving areas that need enhancement. She currently holds a position as a Scrum Master at Diconium, where she focuses on team development to deliver value to customers.
Luís Ribeiro: Luís has been an active part of the software development industry for approximately 20 years. He adopted Agile frameworks in 2010, and has since successfully led several teams and Agile implementations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach across various business areas and customers. He currently serves as the Director of Project Excellence at Diconium Portugal and takes charge of coaching a team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
Wagner Leão: With over 15 years of experience in IT, Wagner possesses expertise in the software development process across various business areas. As an IT professional passionate about technology and Agile Management, he is interested in leveraging these methodologies to enhance business operations within companies.
Ricardo Mestre: Ricardo is an accomplished IT professional boasting 25 years of experience, 17 of which were focused on Agile and Lean Thinking methodologies in Enterprises. His career spans multiple countries, having worked in diverse international companies, including notable stints at Nokia in Berlin and Microsoft in Munich. He has also been a speaker at various conferences like Agile on The Beach (UK), Agile Manchester, and Agile Portugal. Ricardo is currently paving the way for Business Agility at an enterprise level as the Director of Agile Operations at Talkdesk.
Rodrigo Costa: With over a decade of international experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the realms of Strategy and Project Management for banking products, Rodrigo has had the privilege of working with some of the leading Brazilian banks. His areas of expertise span corporate restructuring, strategy, project management, change management, process management, and leadership. Additionally, he has been deeply involved in team building and implementing start-ups. Rodrigo's interests lie in strategy, technology, project management, design thinking, innovation, change management, consulting, and ever-mounting challenging topics.
