Rita Melo: With over a decade of experience in digital product development and a focus on evolving methodologies, Rita witnessed the industry's shift from waterfall to Agile approaches since 2010. As an early adopter of Agile frameworks, she transitioned to the role of a Product Owner six years ago, driving innovation and efficiency in digital strategies.

Rita's expertise has left a mark on renowned organizations like Vodafone Portugal and VAKT Global, where she made significant contributions in Telecom and Commodities sectors. Now, as part of the dynamic team at Diconium Portugal, Rita continues her journey of fostering collaboration and driving productivity, fueled by her passion for exploring the synergy between Agile methodologies and AI-driven solutions.
