What we’re about
We're getting together to talk about games, try them out, find new ones, and develop facilitation skills that beat the pack. We believe that gamification of agile and lean methods can help transmit, refine and develop the lean agile mindset and generate a deep understanding for you and your teams.
We plan to meet bi-monthly in central London to talk about, and play, serious games for lean agile thinkers and practitioners.

The CyberSec Game Challenge 2025 is a free-to-enter competition inviting anyone with a creative spark to design a physical game - cards, board games, or even something totally unique - that teaches cybersecurity concepts through play. Whether you’ve got a fully formed prototype or just a rough idea on paper, you’re welcome to enter.
The winner will receive:
- A prototype brought to life by CyberSec Games
- Expert support in refining gameplay and design
- Publication and royalties for every copy sold
In this session, Simon and Devika Gibbs (co-founders of CyberSec Games) will walk you through:
- What the competition is and why it matters
- What kinds of game ideas they’re looking for (cyber relevance, creativity, educational impact, engagement, feasibility)
- How to submit - what to include and how to describe your core concept
The judging panel includes industry experts like Adam Shostack, Stanley Harris, Klaus Agnoletti, Ceri Newton‑Sargunar, Johan Sydseter, and Devika Gibbs herself.
Submission deadline for the competition is 10 October 2025; judging runs 13–24 October, and the winner will be announced 27 October on cybersecgames.com
We look forward to seeing you !
