This fun IN-PERSON hands-on workshop will use the StrongSuits® cards to help you gain a better understanding of your strengths and communication styles and explore what this means for how you communicate and collaborate in teams. You'll leave the workshop feeling energised and empowered to play to your strengths!

StrongSuits® is based on 4 findings from modern psychology:

• People perform best when they play to their strengths
• Our limitations hold the keys to our strengths
• Diversity makes teams stronger
• People communicate in different ways

This has profound implications for team members, coaches, facilitators, managers and leaders to understand each other's communication styles and how to coach individuals and teams to play to their strengths.
