Meetup Overview and Benefits
In modern agile delivery approaches, there exists a gap between technology delivery and business strategy. This gap prevents the realization of the end-to-end value flow and its correlation to business results.

The purpose of this meetup is to tackle just that – how to understand and objectively measure the value flow across the entire set of activities performed in the business.

To this end, the speaker will present the notion of flow, discuss its main principles, and help us identify flow items in value streams. The speaker will then delve into flow metrics and examine their correlation to business results.

Speaker Bio
Rune Christensen is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) serving the EMEA region as SAFe Strategic Advisor on behalf of Scaled Agile, Inc.

He has 20 years of experience within the software industry working within telecommunication as well as the financial and energy sector. He helps guide organizations in fostering better ways of working using lean-agile practices to achieve increased predictability and faster time to market.
