5.00'-5.30': Gathering, announcements

5.30'-6.00': Talk: "Scaling while staying Agile - the Agile transformation journey of Taxibeat", Thanassis Bantios, Agile Coach at Taxibeat (https://taxibeat.gr/), will talk about the challenge of scaling a company while trying to stay as lean as possible, and the lessons learned along the way.

6.00':-6.30' Talk: “Applying agility in professional development”, Alexandros Basakidis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/abasakidis/), Managing Partner at Agile Actors (https://www.agileactors.com/). The fast evolving tech environment causes continuous changes in technological domains. Formerly known as prevailing disciplines are now becoming less needed as new ones emerge. This talk discusses a model of continuous development of tech professionals in a tech environments; a model of agile personal development.

6.30'- 6.45': Break

6:45'-7.15' Talk: "Digital Onboarding", S. Bethanis, O. Vryoni, E. Kostopoulou, T. Zaraboukas. A team of Agile e-nthusiasts from Eurobank will show us how the bank can efficiently adopt digital onboarding!

7.15'-7:45' Talk: "Scrum vs Kanban", Agile Coach, from ACM Software (http://www.acm-software.com/en/), Alper Gurbuz (https://www.linkedin.com/in/alpergurbuz/) will present differences, similarities between Scrum and Kanban and which one to chose.

7:45'-8:30' Socializing

This time, location and snacks are offered by Eurobank (https://www.eurobank.gr/).

There will be a Eurobank minibus (next to railway with a direction towards Kifisia, Dion. Solomou street, having a sign: Agile meetup. Those taking the minibus have to step out at building A, Iolkou street (second bus stop).

For anyone coming with a car you can use the visitor's slots of the parking (Iolkou street, mentioning that you are for the agile meetup.
