our next meetup (physical event at the Cube) will be about:

Team Effectiveness, Factors that affect it, and ways to improve it.

The Agile Manifesto promotes outcome over output and celebrates teamwork to get the right job done.

Join us, to share how you and your team manage to do so, to explore factors for team effectiveness, to discuss ideas about increasing your team's effectiveness.

Be prepared for an engaging workshop. There will be no presenter!

We will work together as a group and, as a side benefit, gain experience using the following liberating structures:

Appreciative Interviews, 1-2-4-All, Ecocycle Planning, Impromptu Networking, and 15% Solutions.
