With the demand for Agile practitioners dropping, there are many well-qualified, experienced Agilists to fill available positions. What does this mean for entry-level Agile professionals? How can we differentiate ourselves from other Agile practitioners? How is Agile practice changing in light of an increasingly uncertain economy? We utilize a Lean Coffee format:

1. Participants jot down topics they want to discuss
2. Everyone gets three votes to apply to their favorite topics
3. We talk about topics in order of top number of votes
