For the past few years, the Agile community has been discussing related topics. We have seen a steadily declining interest in purely Agile discussions. We suspect that changes in our industry and the companies we work with have caused a shift in focus.
SO! Let's talk about what we want to talk about going forward. Do we want to talk about AI? Do we want to talk about organizational culture? Do we want to talk more broadly about product development?

We utilize a Lean Coffee format:
1. Participants jot down topics they want to discuss
2. Everyone gets three votes to apply to their favorite topics
3. We talk about topics in order of top number of votes
