February 2026 Product Development Discussion

We had our first discussion in January about the role of AI in product development. Another topic that gained significant traction with the group exploring product development discussion topics is culture.

As the host of this next discussion, I'm excited about this topic because we all deal with business culture every day. Whether you are a solopreneur working inside a client organization or an employee (or employer), culture often drives what gets built and how.

This month, let's take culture apart. What does a good one look like to you? Can a culture be changed? How can you mitigate the effects of a challenging culture? There are so many interesting subtopics. I can't wait to hear your thoughts.

We utilize a Lean Coffee format:

1. Participants jot down topics they want to discuss
2. Everyone gets three votes to apply to their favorite topics
3. We talk about topics in order of top number of votes
