Incremental and iterative improvements over time is an effective means to foster transformation that results in sustainable productivity.

In continuation, on March 30th, we'll discuss the concept of Kaizen, and how application of Kaizen with an agile mindset and culture promotes continuous improvement (the core philosophy of Kaizen).
