Agile Humans Meetup #41 Self-organization in Agile teams

Details

Dear friends, we are inviting you to begin this year with our 41st meetup. The speaker is our dear colleague, exceptional Advanced Scrum Master Marija Nikolić, who has transformed many successful organizations, overcame many obstacles, and is willing to share her experiences with us.

Self-organization has had a significant impact on management and how we understand modern business. It's become easier to take on large projects, finish jobs that are interdependent, and look at problems from multiple perspectives. Higher velocity, productivity, and motivation result in better solutions, making it far simpler to deal with uncertainty and frequent changes.

Getting used to this manner of functioning isn't easy. Many are used to traditional management and organizational structures. What are the differences between these two approaches? What does it mean to have self-organizing teams? What are the most prevalent obstacles to working in a self-organizing team, and what are the advantages?

The start of a new year is an excellent opportunity to get new perspectives and improve your business environment. Join us in an energizing and inventive discussion about agile team self-organization. We'll discuss the advantages of self-organization as well as the most typical arguments. Learn how to turn pressure into motivation and how to avoid the anti-patterns that keep teams from collaborating and growing effectively. We're looking forward to hearing about your experiences and exchanging helpful hints.

See you soon!
