If Agile Is Dead, Is Agility Dead as Well?
Inspecting Agility in Times of Epochal Change
Hey everyone,
After 70 meetups and a full year of deliberate pause, we’re gathering again – in person – with the one question that actually matters right now:
Everyone keeps saying “Agile is dead”.
Maybe the brand is exhausted.
But is agility itself dead — that simple human reflex to notice what’s really happening, care, and adjust fast — or did we just bury it under processes, rituals, and our own inability to deal with human nature?
Jasmina Nikolić and Filip Filipović will open an honest conversation around questions like:
- Which parts of “Agile” deserved to die — and which parts are we foolishly letting go?
- Can large organisations ever be truly agile? And if so, what does it take?
- When AI starts writing backlogs, prioritising, and sometimes understanding the customer better than we do — what becomes precious about human agility, and what changes forever?
- What new ways of working together are already appearing in teams that quietly moved on from the old playbooks yet feel lighter and faster than ever?
Real stories from manufacturing, finance, telecom, healthcare, and the public sector — the breakthroughs and the moments when we saw things as they were.
Plenty of space for your experiences, doubts, and hard-won lessons.
If you’re coming (in person or just want the recording), please let us know here: are you joining us live + what language you prefer (English or local, slides in English either way).
Can’t travel? The entire evening will be recorded in high quality and shared with the global community a few days later.
