ABOUT THE PRESENTER

**Craeg Strong** is the CTO of Ariel Partners, an IT consulting firm based in Times Square, New York City. His company works with both US federal agencies and commercial companies. As a Flight Levels Guide and Kanban coach and trainer, Strong recently trained 1200 personnel at the US Air Force in Agile fundamentals and designed a governance framework for Agile projects for the Social Security Administration, enabling the government to make 12 major recommendations for a $750M portfolio. This report was published by GAO and sent to the US Senate Finance Committee and House Ways and Means. Strong recently led a successful transformation of a major FBI Criminal justice program from a traditional waterfall life-cycle and manually intensive processes to lighweight agile processes and full DevOps automation. He is currently helping NYLife catalyze business agility.
