ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Craeg Strong is the CTO of Ariel Partners, an IT consulting firm based in Times Square, New York City. His company works with both US federal agencies and commercial companies. As a Flight Levels Guide and Kanban coach and trainer, Strong recently trained 1200 personnel at the US Air Force in Agile fundamentals and designed a governance framework for Agile projects for the Social Security Administration, enabling the government to make 12 major recommendations for a $750M portfolio. This report was published by GAO and sent to the US Senate Finance Committee and House Ways and Means. Strong recently led a successful transformation of a major FBI Criminal justice program from a traditional waterfall life-cycle and manually intensive processes to lighweight agile processes and full DevOps automation. He is currently helping NYLife catalyze business agility.
